BROstock, one of the world’s largest wakeboarding competitions, presented by Liquid Force starts with a meet and greet party 6 p.m. to midnight July 9th. Bel Arco has a restaurant called the Crest.

The competition starts at 10 am on July 10th with the finals starting at 3 p.m. on Bull Shoals Lake.

Water Taxis will take spectators from Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock tot he banks of Sister Creek Cove, where the competition will take place.

Take your lawn chairs and coolers as no concessions will be there. There are also no restrooms on the bank.

Spectators on boats may view the competition from the buoy line at the mouth of the cove.

The overlook of the Bull Shoals Boat Dock will have concessions provided by the Bull Shoals Police Auxiliary.

On July 9th the Bull Shoals Police Department Auxiliary will host a beer and barbecue party for the BROstock visitors and community members starting at 11 am. The Beer party will be in the old Harps parking lots on state Hwy 178 in Bull Shoals. The pork barbecue will be by John Clark, also available is tocos-in-a-bag, soft drinks, and water.

  • I just learned to do the Toeside 540. Pretty intense. I just thought I would you a few pointers for you guys to do it. Just make sure you have a good toeside 180 and 360 beforehand. Always keep the rope tight, start about 10 – 15 feet out from the wake, and cut easily into the wake. Pull the rope near your back and then turn your head and shoulders in the direction of your turn. You need to pass the rope hand to hand and then keep going for the 180. Hope you are successful and use these tips that I have took the effort to write.
