Big Creek Golf and Country Club
I am pleased to announce that Big Creek was rated #1 in Arkansas in Golfweek magazine’s 2011 “Best Courses You Can Play” list.
They have great fees from $65 on weekends and holidays, and $55 weekdays during peak season of April through mid-October.
It is a private club yet our guests are welcome to play Big Creek while visiting. Resort and out-of-the-area play is still welcome.
Great Deal: Big Creek offers a $10 off peak-season rates to guests of Aunt Grace’s Stay ‘n Play if when you make your reservations you let them know you are staying here. Just show your cabin key on checking in.
Call the Big Creek pro shop at 425-8815 to make a tee time.
One of only 17 courses in the USA to receive a five-star rating from the readers of Golf Digest who selected it as one of the “best of the best” in the country in 2006. Also rated fifth in the USA in Service and eighth in Top Courses in Conditioning by Golf Digest’s Places To Play – Big Creek, designed by Thomas Clark with Ault, Clark and Associates, sprawls over 200 acres featuring four lakes, our namesake creek, white sand bunkers, lush zoysia fairways and bent grass greens.
Challenging, yet enjoyable – five sets of tees range from 5,068 to 7,320 yards. A state-of-the-art practice facility features a three-tiered driving range, separate putting and chipping greens, and a large practice bunker to improve your game.
Friends from Colorado has a great time last December playing a few rounds.
