White Trash

This snack travels well and most people love it. I made a 4 x batch for superbowl and it was all gone.

2 cups corn chex
2 cups rice chex
2 cups pretzel sticks broken up or small pieces
2 cups of peanuts
2 huge tablespoons peanut butter
2 bags of white Choc. chips

mix the dry stuff up
melt the chips and the peanut butter until smooth
Mix the dry into the melted goo
drop by gobs unto wax paper
let cool.

 Rice Krispies Treats

These are moist and wonderful. After cutting I place in small sandwich bags. When my cousin was in Iraq these were his favorties.

1/2 stick butter
7 cups of minature marshmellow
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
6 cups of Rice Krispie Cereal

Greese a 13 X 9 pan with butter crisco
Melt the better and marshmellows over low heat.
Stir until all melted.
Remove from heat immediately
Stir in vanilla
Pour quickly over Rice Krispie cereal
Press into pan using greased plastic gloves.
Cool
Cut into squares.Enjoy
