Apple Pie
Bake one pie crust and set aside to cool.
Cook:
4 1/2 cups apples chopped up
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Bring to a boil and then simmer til apples are soft.
Add 1 package peach jello
Add 1 package cook and serve vanilla pudding
Bring to a boil, remove from stove and let rest for 5 minutes.
Pour into the cooled pie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Serve with Real Whip Creme.
Cheery Cheese Cake/Pie
Graham Cracker Crust:
2 1/2 cups graham crackers- crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
Mix together and pat into the pie pan
Filling:
8 oz. creme cheese – softened
1//3 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. cool whip
I cherry pie filling for the top.
Mix the cream cheese with sugar. add sour cream. fold in the cool whip.
Place in pie pan over the crust.
Cheery pie filling, add 1/4 cup of sugar and a pinch of salt. Let stand 15 minutes.
Spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate 4 hours. Cut and serve.
